Hello, neighbours! I’m Todd, your East Devon District Councillor for Whimple & Rockbeare ward, covering Whimple, Rockbeare, Marsh Green, Westcott, Rockbeare Hill, and some addresses along the old A30 on the South side of Cranbrook.
